Perfect Ten Events

Bookings & Payments

​

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

• The full balance must be paid by the due date listed on your invoice.

• Payments are processed securely through Square.

Cancellation

​

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations after the final payment deadline may result in forfeiture of total balance.

​

Event Time

Your rental period includes time for setup and cleanup.

Additional time may incur overtime fees billed in 30-minute increments.

DYI Décor Guidelines

​

• No staples, nails, glitter, loose confetti, or adhesives without written approval.

• Candles must be enclosed in protective glass.

• Renter is responsible for all décor removal and cleanup.

​

Alcohol

Alcohol service must follow all Wisconsin regulations and safety guidelines.

​

Liability

Renter is responsible for any property damage caused by guests or vendors.
Perfect Ten Events is not responsible for injury, loss, or unattended personal items.

Security Cameras

Common areas are monitored for safety purposes.
No cameras are located in private areas.
